Our Purpose

Health & Wellness Camps

At Shreemeenamaa Foundation, we believe that good health is the foundation of a strong, empowered life. Many underserved communities lack access to basic healthcare, preventive screenings, and wellness education — which is why our Health & Wellness Camps are designed to bridge that critical gap.

These camps are organized in rural and underserved urban areas where medical resources are limited or nonexistent. We bring together qualified doctors, nurses, healthcare workers, and volunteers to deliver free check-ups, consultations, medicines, and awareness programs — directly to those who need it most.

Key Services Offered:

  • General Health Check-Ups
  • Blood pressure, blood sugar, anemia, and BMI monitoring.
  • Women’s Health Services
  • Gynecological checkups, menstrual hygiene education, and distribution of sanitary kits.
  • Child Health & Nutrition
  • Pediatric consultations, growth assessments, and free nutritional supplements.
  • Free Medicines & Referrals
  • On-the-spot medicine distribution and referrals to hospitals for critical care.
  • Awareness & Preventive Education
  • Sessions on hygiene, mental health, diet, vaccination, and disease prevention (like diabetes, TB, etc.).

    Why It Matters

In many communities, untreated illnesses can lead to lifelong hardship or even death — simply due to a lack of early detection or awareness. Our camps don’t just treat symptoms; they educate, empower, and connect people with the long-term support they need to live healthier lives.

    Our Impact

Over the years, Shreemeenamaa Foundation’s Health & Wellness Camps have

Reached Thousands of Individuals and Families:

Through on-ground health camps, mobile clinics, and outreach programs, we’ve provided essential medical services, screenings, and health education to communities with limited access to healthcare.

Built Strong Partnerships with Healthcare Providers:

We collaborate with local hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and health professionals to offer quality care, diagnostics, and follow-up services. These partnerships ensure that individuals receive timely treatment and continued support.

Empowered Local Communities with Health Ambassadors:

We’ve trained and supported a network of community health ambassadors—local volunteers who educate others on hygiene, nutrition, mental wellness, and preventive care. They are the ongoing voice of health in their neighborhoods.
